Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience in the Serengeti.

From Calvin who sold us the tickets and explained the balloon ride and answered all our questions.

To Muhidini (Pumba) our driver/guide who picked us up promptly at 5am at our lodge and was very welcoming and patient.

To Rosa and Moses our pilots who are well experienced and great company while in the air.

To the rest of the staff who were all very professional and welcoming before and after the flight; who served us coffee, tea and hot chocolate as the sun began to rise as we waited to board; and who served us champagne post-flight and a full breakfast with welcome songs.

A 5 star experience for me, my wife and two children (6 and 8 yrs old)
