Meet Jones Mathias Temba, a talented hot air balloon pilot hailing from Tanzania! With over 2000 flying hours under his belt, Jones has been soaring high in the skies for 14 years now. As a former fixed-wing pilot, Jones switched to hot-air ballooning and has never looked back.

Nous étions dans le Serengeti pendant quelques jours et avons décidé de faire le safari en montgolfière et c'était notre meilleur choix ! C'était merveilleux de voir les animaux et le paysage d'en haut. Notre capitaine Jones Temba était très gentil et a tout repéré. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir un léopard courir après les zèbres !
It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you may not miss. The trip starts early in the morning and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee while the crew is preparing the balloon…… very exciting!! After a safety briefing, it’s time to enter the basket…….in a very special way!
Once the balloon is up in the air you are short on eyes to spot everything beneath you……….what a view, what an impressive landscape.
Nous avons vu beaucoup d'animaux sauvages et avons fait les plus belles photos de tous les temps.
Captain Jones Temba made some nice shots with the GoPro camera outside the balloon and gave us extra information about the animals, the environment, the Serengeti, and the natives ……all with a nice kind of humor 🙂
Quelle expérience incroyable ce fut, qui s'est terminée par un atterrissage en douceur et une coupe de champagne. Puis un petit retour, en jeep, jusqu'à l'endroit où un petit déjeuner très agréable et complet vous a été servi et vous recevez votre certificat de vol.
Un jour pour se souvenir !!!

This was my first time riding a hot air balloon. The teams came to my lodge to do the briefing before the day and it was very detailed. I’m glad that I was with Capt Jones to be the pilot as he did a very good job! He turned the directions to make sure everybody dans le panier peut obtenir une belle vue.
Le vol en montgolfière était incroyable !! La vue d'en haut était si différente et au-delà de nos attentes. L'équipage était très serviable et courtois. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le chant était un bonus supplémentaire ! Je recommande vivement le capitaine Temba.
