While I knew the hot air balloon ride would be a good experience, I had doubts about the money I was being charged. After the ride, I feel it’s money well spent and how!!
This has been one of the highlights of my African safari trip with fantastic people managing the show – the guide who briefed us a day prior, picked us up in the morning, the balloon crew, the pilots, the breakfast crew – there was nothing amiss!
The pre-trip briefings at multiple points keep us informed on what is happening and what to expect, the ride in itself, and the breakfast – all perfect!!

I had a very good experience
Captain Bill and Ally wonderfully made it throughout the safari viewing animals from the above(on air) especially seeing a lion with the cubs, buffalo, elephants, zebras, ostrich, antelopes, crocodiles, and hyenas was an incredible experience that made a wonderful day
First-class over the Serengeti
Captain Bill was informed and interesting as well as a fine balloon pilot. The winds were kind to us so we had a peaceful time watching all sorts of animals on the Serengeti. The balloon and basket were first class with safety belts. The breakfast was well done. The selection of foods was quite good and the service was great.

Once in a lifetime views
Miracle Hot Air Balloon was quite simply amazing. The balloon ride itself is obviously the highlight… a chance to see so many views and animals at different vantage points. We were lucky enough to have captain Barry fly us right over a tree as monkeys looked on and see a herd of Buffalo roaming.
Like safari rides where animals are present aren’t guaranteed but captain Barry has an eagle eye to point them out and quickly maneuvers the balloon as quickly as possible for better viewing. Beyond the balloon ride, Miracle addresses every single detail. It starts with an evening briefing covering all necessary information for the next day.
This allows for a quicker time in the morning getting on the balloon after being driven to the launch site by one of the staff. At the launch site, hot beverages, snacks, heaters, and restrooms are available making for a comfortable morning after an earlier than usual wake-up. Following the flight, an amazing breakfast is provided with additional beautiful views to cap off a memorable day.

Absolutely incredible, worth every penny
The hot air balloon ride and breakfast were absolutely incredible. Of course, flying over the Safari is beautiful, and a highlight of our trip, but this company has thought of every detail and makes the whole experience truly exquisite. The operations are seamless, the ride was amazing and fun thanks to our Pilot Captain Barry, breakfast was huge and delicious in a stunning setting and the energy of the team singing songs and telling stories made it so much fun. Very worthwhile balloon ride
Very worthwhile adventure. Top drawer in every aspect: the execution of deploying the balloons, the gentle stop, the very knowledgeable and funny pilot, the Lou with a View, the delicious and first class breakfast, and group photos available to everyone.
I highly recommend this adventure.

An incredible way to end our time in the Serengeti! We witnessed a beautiful sunrise and several animals throughout our time. Our pilot was wonderful and the staff and breakfast made it top-notch!
A Must Do!!
This was a wow experience! Very good company. They picked us up at our camp on time and took us to the location for lift-off. The pilot Bill was very great at explaining everything to us. It was a great smooth ride. After landing we did a champagne toast and were taken to a location for the best breakfast I had while in Africa! And they have the best camp toilets that I have ever used too!
