The experience was amazing. Very well organised and professional with a caring and fun team. Great view over the Serengeti and animals. Ended with a glass of champagne and nice breakfast.

We went on a balloon ride in the Tarangire reserve in Tanzania and it was fantastic! The whole experience was amazing, super well organised and our pilot, David, was very experienced which made us all very comfortable with the whole thing.

We would highly recommend this balloon safari operator. They were very professional but friendly, and the pilot was willing to answer lots of questions when he had free. Their safety drills/procedures were quick but top notch. You are attached to a safety clip. The company even sent us some group pictures a few weeks later. And the pilot turned out to be from my hometown back in Canada! The very early wakeup and rough jeep ride to the takeoff site were all worth it. They give you a cup of coffee and have heaters while you are waiting for the balloons to fill. But do dress warmly. The ride is about an hour, mostly along the Mara River. We saw giraffes, rhinos and a few crocs (the operator says seeing 3 or more species is pretty lucky) but it was probably too early in the morning for seeing any mass river crossings. We finished with a glass of non alcoholic champagne and a great full breakfast, with the crew signing and dancing at the end. A once-in-a-lifetime experience that should not be missed! We got to see things we would never have managed from the ground including a herd of elephants travelling together across the plains.

Captain Nicola was amazing with an unbelievably smooth ascent and descent and took time out to capture many special moments for us all from the air.

Miracle Experiance Balloon Safari did a fantastic job in arranging our safari. Our captain Rosa was excellent with good sence of humor made the Balloon safari all the more fun. We felt safe all the times up in the air and during landing. Breakfast was nice and delicious. Loo with the View was one of a kind

An activity that you cannot miss, it was very fun, excellent views and a spectacular sunrise. Very good service and excellent pilot. The breakfast at the end of the tour is good and, as always, very friendly attention from the waiters and cooks. It is recommended to bring a coat since departure is very early, before leaving they offer you coffee and cookies. Upon landing they welcome you with a toast and some mimosas!

Gorgeous experience, the miracle team was superb, very professional and really fun. The flight was just perfect, changing altitudes to vary view points, providing all necessary explanations, and making it a unique experience. What to say about the breakfast that followed the flight, an event by itself, great food, great place and fun fun fun. Cannot recommend enought the team, they were second to none. Wonderful experience. The staff is so attentive and knowledgeable and you can walk right up to the elephants and pat them or feed them. We particularly liked that they are not cruel to these animals and are keeping some who can go back to the wild separate from visitors. The whole visit was incredible!! Just bring tips for the guide and the workers in the field as they work hard to make sure you get a lot out of the experience 🤗👍🏽

Wow. Me and my wife had the most fantastic time with this experience. Any concerns we had prior with safety were completely gone after our pilot, Baris showed great knowledge and put everyone at ease with clear instructions with humour making them enjoyable.

The views you witness are once in a life time, as if you’re watching a documentary of the Serengeti on TV. Baris was excellent at guiding us towards the animals whilst explaining everything about them.

After, you are taken for the best breakfast we had in the Serengeti where service was fantastic. This was our best moment of the 4 day safari and truly special, if you’re hesitating on booking, just do it. You won’t regret this magical experience.

Our sunrise hot air balloon tour was amazing! Nicola was wonderful, he made sure to follow all safety precautions and was even able to extend our ride longer than normal! This is a one-of-a-kind experience that we highly reccomend!
