The name of the company “Miracle experience” fits perfectly with the amazing experience that you provide. Looking at the plains of the Serengeti from above at sunrise was something beyond words. We would treasure this experience in our hearts forever.
Every aspect of the tour was perfectly organized. The pilot and crew were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly.
We felt in good hands and could relax and fully enjoy every minute.

It was an amazing balloon ride

This is an experience not to be missed! We saw running wildebeest and zebras, elephants, and a couple
Of lions. The morning ride was so peaceful and beautiful.

Our hot air balloon flight over the Serengeti plains marked our 21st wedding anniversary!!! The takeoff, trip, and landing were smooth and easy. Some bouncing at landing only added more fun! Absolutely amazing experience! It was our first time in a hot air balloon and we enjoyed every single moment. We very much enjoyed the (non-alcoholic) champagne, breakfast, and anniversary cake in a beautiful setting. “The loo with a view”: the best we’ve had in Tanzania!

Incredible experience!

This was one of the most memorable experiences we have ever done. The balloon was so smooth and such a fun way to see the stunning landscape and spot animals. We saw 2 leopards directly below us among many others. We captured some amazing photos and videos throughout the flight. The champagne celebration and its story were an interesting and fun touch. Breakfast was so much more exciting than we ever could have expected. This experience is worth every penny!

Fantastic Aerial Tour of the Serengeti

Capt Jones Temba was awesome right from the start and the balloon ride was breathtakingly beautiful! The ride was so smooth that photos were easy and binocular use did not cause any issues. Worth every penny!

Must do in Serengeti

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to do in Serengeti. Our group of 8 had scheduled this as part of our experience and boy are we glad we did. Not only was the balloon ride awesome but Pilot Bill made the experience extremely comfortable and safe. He did a fantastic job in explaining the entire process and safety procedures before we took off and provided the best views and pointed out many animals. His calm demeanor and confidence made everyone feel safe and secure. Not to mention their equipment is world-class and seems very sturdy. Thank you Pilot Bill for an amazing experience. Highly recommend this adventure and company.

The highlight of our safari trip in Tanzania

Experience of a lifetime!!

This activity was the splurge special treat of our honeymoon treat. We both had it on our bucket list to go in a hot air balloon and the Serengeti seemed like the most perfect place to do it. Although the activity is expensive (hot air ballooning is not cheap) we thoroughly enjoyed every second. The team ensures the service you are given is luxurious in every possible way.

Our experience started with a visit from Brown our driver for the experience. He met with us and explained exactly what would happen and was able to answer any questions we had. The next morning he met us for coffee. It was an early start but also a rare opportunity to do a game drive whilst it was still dark. Brown helped us spot Hyenas and Hippos before dropping us at the take-off spot. There were coffee and biscuits available here and a chance to use their rather nice loos. We then met with our pilot, Rosa. She gave us a safety briefing and explained how it would all work.

Rosa was a fantastic pilot. She was able to help us spot different animals. We saw an ostrich, Hippos, Hyenas, gazelle, and buffalo. Then landed next to a group of zebra. Flying over the river filled with hippos was a highlight for me along with the coffee at 500ft above sea level.

Once we had landed we were told a story about the first hot air balloon and then enjoyed a champagne toast. This was followed by the most incredible bush breakfast. On route to our bush breakfast, Pilot Rosa joined us in our vehicle and told us the most incredible stories of her ballooning experiences. We think you should write a book!

I cannot begin to explain the quantity and quality of the breakfast. There was every type of breakfast food you could imagine. The place even had a loo with a view! We were treated to a special honeymoon song and dance and given a cake to cut. The team at Miracle really went above and beyond to provide an experience of a lifetime. Special thank you to Rosa and Brown for everything you did on what was my favorite day of our honeymoon.

Stellar, magnificent, amazing, phenomenal

This is a company that knows what it’s doing! It has its client’s interests as the number one priority. We had a spectacular experience to cap off our 40th-anniversary safari trip. From our pickup early in the morning until our drop-off at the visitor center, we felt welcome and in capable hands.

Our driver, whose name was Comfort, came to our camp the night before to explain everything, and was there early in the morning to take us to the launch site. Our pilot, the amazing Rosa, had a fun personality and was simply amazing!

The flight was heavenly, floating above the Serengeti, and we saw at least 11 different species of animals. It was so peaceful and serene. Then we were welcomed at breakfast with singing and dancing. They even had a special surprise for us for our anniversary. We met a lovely couple there from Spain, Pablo, and Alicia, who were on their honeymoon.

We cannot thank Miracle Experience enough for an incredible and lovely journey. Please keep up the good work. Do not miss an opportunity to fly with them.
